Banana Milk Iced Coffee

Directions
- Stir coffee and 3 cups cool water in a pitcher or French press; cover and refrigerate 12 hours.
- Stir coffee; strain through a coffee filter or press coffee grounds to bottom if using a press. Makes about 2½ cups.
- Blend bananas, cashew milk and salt in a blender on high 1 minute or until smooth; add coffee and blend until combined. Makes about 6 cups.
- Serve coffee over ice.
Tips & Tricks
Coffee beans can be replaced with ¾ cup ground medium roast coffee.
