Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. Slice bananas into blender. Cover; blend until smooth (1 cup). Soften bran cereal in milk. Combine bananas, egg, molasses and oil until blended.
  3. Combine flour, soda and salt. Stir flour and moistened bran mixture into banana mixture until just moistened. Fold in raisins. Spoon into prepared pan.
  4. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
