Directions

  1. Purée bananas, strawberries, milk and honey in a blender on high until smooth. Makes about 3 cups.
  2. Divide banana mixture into 4 glasses; top with whipped topping.

Peel and freeze ripe bananas to have on hand for using in this recipe as well as smoothies and baking.

Try topping flurry with unsweetened coconut flakes, chopped strawberries and/or your favorite nuts.
