Ingredients

  • 2 ripe DOLE® Bananas, peeled, cut crosswise into thirds and frozen
  • 1¼ cups hulled and halved DOLE® Strawberries, frozen
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • ½ cup fat free whipped topping, thawed if necessary

Directions

  1. Purée bananas, strawberries, milk and honey in a blender on high until smooth. Makes about 3 cups.
  2. Divide banana mixture into 4 glasses; top with whipped topping.

Chef Tip:Peel and freeze ripe bananas to have on hand for using in this recipe as well as smoothies and baking.
