White Fish with Banana Salsa

Ingredients

• 2 DOLE® Bananas, sliced
• 2 tablespoons. packed brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons. lime juice
• 1-1/2 tablespoons. chopped fresh cilantro
• 1 tablespoon. chopped fresh mint
• 1-1/2 teaspoons. hot red chile, minced, seeds removed
• 4 cooked white fish fillets (about 1.25 pounds total)

Directions

1. Combine bananas, brown sugar lime juice, cilantro, mint and chile in medium bowl. Let stand a few minutes to blend flavors, Serve over cooked fish.
