Ingredients

  • 1 can (15- to 16-ounces) less sodium refried black beans 
  • 1 package (12.2 ounces) DOLE® Chopped Sunflower Crunch Kit™ 
  • ½ cup chopped fire-roasted Hatch chiles (about 4 ounces)
  • ½ cup chopped fire-roasted Hatch onions (about 4 ounces)
  • 8 corn tostada shells
  • ½ cup chunky salsa

Directions

  1. Heat beans and ½ cup water as label directs, stirring occasionally. Makes about 2 cups.
  2. Prepare Chopped Kit as package directs in a large bowl; fold in Hatch chiles and Hatch onions. Makes about 3 cups.
  3. Spread tostada shells with beans; top with Chopped Kit and salsa.
