Frozen Fighter Pops

Ingredients

• 1 cup DOLE^® Grapes
• 1/2 cup DOLE^® Baby Spinach
• 1 cup water
• 1 tablespoon honey

• 1 cup DOLE^® Blueberries
• 1 cup DOLE^® Blackberries
• 1 cup water
• 1 tablespoon honey

• 1/4 cup DOLE^® Raspberries
• 1-1/2 cups DOLE^® Strawberries
• 1 cup water
• 1 tablespoon honey

• 2 cups DOLE^® Pineapple
• 1 cup water
• 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

1. Combine ingredients in a blender. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour mixture into popsicle molds ¾ of the way to the top. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
