Creamy Feta Dressing
Ingredients
• ½ cup crumbled feta cheese• ¼ cup seasoned rice vinegar
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon water
• 1 teaspoon fresh oregano
• ½ teaspoon dry mustard
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender container. Cover; blend until smooth.
- Toss with DOLE Sweet Baby Lettuces until coated, as desired; refrigerate leftovers.
