Strawberry and Cake Kabobs with Chocolate Cream Dip

Ingredients

• ½ angel food cake, cut into 8 chunks
• 8 large DOLE® Strawberries, hulled
• 4 wooden skewers
• ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
• ½ cup grated 70% cocoa dark chocolate

Directions

1.     Thread cake and strawberries onto skewers, alternating cake and strawberries; place on serving plate.

2.     Heat milk in a medium microwave-safe bowl in a microwave oven on high until small bubbles appear. Add chocolate; whisk until chocolate is melted and smooth.

3.     Pour chocolate sauce over skewers.
