Strawberry and Cake Kabobs with Chocolate Cream Dip
Ingredients
- ½ angel food cake, cut into 8 chunks
- 8 large DOLE® Strawberries, hulled
- 4 wooden skewers
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup grated 70% cocoa dark chocolate
Directions
1. Thread cake and strawberries onto skewers, alternating cake and strawberries; place on serving plate.
2. Heat milk in a medium microwave-safe bowl in a microwave oven on high until small bubbles appear. Add chocolate; whisk until chocolate is melted and smooth.
3. Pour chocolate sauce over skewers.
