Spicy Sunflower Crunch Tostadas
Ingredients
- 1 can (15- to 16-ounces) less sodium refried black beans
- 1 package (12.2 ounces) DOLE® Chopped Sunflower Crunch Kit™
- ½ cup chopped fire-roasted Hatch chiles (about 4 ounces)
- ½ cup chopped fire-roasted Hatch onions (about 4 ounces)
- 8 corn tostada shells
- ½ cup chunky salsa
Directions
- Heat beans and ½ cup water as label directs, stirring occasionally. Makes about 2 cups.
- Prepare Chopped Kit as package directs in a large bowl; fold in Hatch chiles and Hatch onions. Makes about 3 cups.
- Spread tostada shells with beans; top with Chopped Kit and salsa.
