Spicy Banana-Avocado Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 1 loaf (10 ounces) whole wheat or multigrain baguette, sliced 1/2-inch thick crosswise
- 2 tablespoons natural buttery spread with olive oil, melted
- 1 large DOLE® Avocado, peeled, pitted and finely chopped
- 1 large DOLE® Banana, peeled and finely chopped
- ½ cup finely chopped DOLE® Red Onion
- 3 tablespoons spicy chili crisp
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F; line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. Place baguette slices in a single layer on prepared pan; brush both sides with buttery spread and bake 15 minutes or until toasted, turning once halfway through baking. Cool completely. Makes 20 crostini.
2. Lightly toss avocado, banana, onion, chili crisp and cilantro in a medium bowl. Makes about 2 cups avocado mixture.
3. Serve crostini topped with avocado mixture. Makes 20 bruschetta.
