Ingredients
- 3 green DOLE® Plantains, peeled and very thinly sliced crosswise
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ cup Neufchâtel cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons grated DOLE® Red Apple
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped DOLE® Red Onion
- ¼ teaspoon curry powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line 2 rimmed baking pans with parchment paper. Toss plantains, oil, pumpkin pie spice and ½ teaspoon salt in a large bowl; place in a single layer on prepared pans. Bake 22 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Makes about 128 chips.
- Stir cheese, apple, onion, curry powder and remaining ½ teaspoon salt in a small bowl. Makes about ½ cup.
- Serve plantain chips with dip.
