Plantains in Banana Leaves
Ingredients
- 1 green-yellow DOLE® Plantain
- Jaipur curry blend
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 banana leaf
Directions
- Peel plantain, then dissolve the curry powder in a little oil and brush the plantain with it. Wrap the plantain in the banana leaf and steam-cook for 20 minutes. You can do this in a steamer or with the steam function on your oven.
