Ingredients
1 bag (10.6 ounces) DOLE® Chopped Caesar Kit2 cans (5 ounces each) canned chunk tuna in water, drained
¼ cup finely chopped DOLE® Celery
⅓ cup shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
6 slices whole grain bread
2 medium Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
Directions
- Prepare Chopped Kit as package directs in a large bowl, reserving cheese; fold in tuna and celery. Makes about 4 cups.
- Stir mozzarella cheese and reserved cheese in a small bowl. Makes about ½ cup.
- Toast bread in toaster oven; top with tuna mixture and sprinkle with cheese mixture. Toast bread 1 minute or until cheese melts; top with tomatoes.
