Lemon Raspberry Clouds
Enjoy these lemon raspberry clouds
Ingredients
Lemon Clouds:- 2 cups low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 ½ tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 small lemon, zest of
- 1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups DOLE® Raspberries
Directions
- Whip Lemon Clouds ingredients in medium-size bowl.
- Spoon ¼-cup Lemon Clouds mixture into each of four tall glasses, layer with ¼-cup raspberries, repeat layering of Lemon Cloud mixture and raspberries until all used. Serve.
