Creamy Horseradish Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon creamy horseradish
- 1 tablespoon diced red onion
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup olive oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except oil in blender container. Cover; blend until smooth. Slowly add oil in thin stream, until blended.
- Toss with DOLE® Very Veggie to coat, as desired.
- Refrigerate any remaining dressing.
