Buffalo Chicken Pitas

Ingredients
- 1 bag (12.1 ounces) DOLE® Chopped Buffalo Ranch Kit
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken breast meal
- 1/2 cup halved DOLE® Red Grapes
- 4 (6-inch) whole wheat pita pockets, halved crosswise
- 1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
- 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced crosswise
Directions
- Prepare Chopped Kit as package directs in a large bowl; add chicken and grapes and toss. Makes about 5 cups.
- Carefully open pita pockets and spread insides with mayonnaise; layer tomatoes on 1 side, then fill with salad mixture.
Tips & tricks
NOTE: Brownberry pita pockets are not recommended as they are very difficult to open up without tearing the top of the pita.
