Banana Dalgona Whipped Coffee

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon monk fruit sweetener or other sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1 ripe DOLE® banana
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
Directions
- ADD sweetener, instant espresso and hot water to medium bowl
- WHIP with small hand mixer until light and foamy – around 2 minutes
- Add banana and almond milk to blender and blend until smooth
- Pour banana and almond milk mixture in a mug over ice
- Spoon coffee foam over banana mixture. Take picture.
- Mix foam into banana almond milk and enjoy!
