Apple Cider Farro Chopped Salad
Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cups apple cider
- 1 cup farro, uncooked
- 1 DOLE® Chopped Pomegranate Salad Kit
Directions
- Combine cider and farro into a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes. Drain farro and allow to cool.
- Empty the contents of the salad kit into a large bowl, add the farro and gently toss together to coat with the dressing.
