Apple Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- ¼ cup white balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup apple juice
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except oil in blender container. Cover; blend at medium speed. Slowly add oil in thin stream, until blended. Season to taste.
- Toss with DOLE® Classic Romaine to coat, as desired. Refrigerate any remaining dressing.
- Makes about 3/4 cup.
