Air Fryer Filipino Bananacue

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon black and/or white sesame seeds
- 3 large ripe DOLE® Plantains or DOLE® Bananas, peeled and halved crosswise
- 6 (6-inch) bamboo skewers
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
Directions
1. Heat a small skillet over medium heat. Add sesame seeds; toast 30 seconds or until fragrant and starting to brown, stirring frequently.
2. Thread plantains onto skewers; brush both sides of plantains with oil and sprinkle all over with sugar.
3. Preheat 3-quart air fryer to 350°F for 5 minutes. In 3 batches, add skewers to air fryer; cook 10 minutes or until dark golden brown, turning once.
4. Sprinkle skewers with sesame seeds.
