How do you pick a radish?
Choose radishes that feel firm when squeezed. If the radish gives when squeezed, it indicates the interior may not be crisp. Avoid radishes with cracks.
How do you prepare radish?
If attached, trim roots, wash just before using.
How do you store radish?
If tops are attached, remove before storing. Store unwashed radishes in plastic bag in refrigerator vegetable crisper or drawer, away from fruits, for 5 to 7 days.
