Where to find Sheet Pan Starter Kits?
Purchase DOLE Sheet Pan Starter Kits in the refrigerated area of the supermarket's produce section. If the Sheet Pan Starter Kit is not kept under refrigeration, it will affect the product quality. On the front of each package, the Sheet Pan Starter Kit is stamped with an "ENJOY BY" date that should give you at least a few days to store after purchased. The Sheet Pan Starter Kit is packaged in a see-through bag. When purchasing the Sheet Pan Starter Kit, check the date stamped on the package and look at the product to make sure it appears fresh.
How do you prepare Lemon Parmesan Sheet Pan kit?
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a large sheet pan or cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper. Coat foil with 1 tbsp vegetable oil or non-stick cooking spray.
- Cut potatoes into halves or quarters. In a large mixing bowl season vegetables with ½ seasoning packet and 2-3 tbsp of oil. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place vegetables on the pan in a single layer. Leave room to add chicken.
- Add chicken to the empty vegetable prep bowl. Add 1 tbsp of oil and the remaining 1/2 of the seasoning packet to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place chicken on the pan in a single layer. Chicken should not overlap with vegetables.
- Please use safe handling and cooking practices for raw poultry. Cook time may vary.
- Turn oven temperature down to 425 degrees F. Bake your sheet pan meal.
- Place in the bottom oven rack and roast for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken reaches 170 degrees F and the vegetables are done.
- Mix, Serve and Enjoy!
- Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat.
- Cut potatoes from 1 DOLE® Sheet Pan Meal Starter Kit into quarters; toss vegetables, ½ the seasoning and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large bowl.
- Divide vegetables onto center of 4 (12-inch-square) sheets of foil.
- For each pack, bring 2 edges of foil up over vegetables and fold to seal; fold sides of foil to seal. Place packs, seal side up, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Brush 1 pound, thin cut, boneless skinless chicken breast with 2 tablespoons olive oil; sprinkle with remaining seasoning.
- Place chicken on hot grill rack; cover and cook 8 -10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°, turning once.
- Serve chicken with vegetables, makes about 31/2 cups vegetables.

- Preheat oven to 450 F. Line sheet pan with aluminum foil.
- In large bowl season veggies with ½ seasoning packet and spray with olive oil.
- Turn oven down to 425 F and bake veggies for 15 min.
- Meanwhile, season 4, 6oz salmon fillets with remaining seasoning packet. (We like 1-2 tsp per fillet!)
- Once veggies cook for 15 min, place salmon on sheet pan, moving veggies aside as needed.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes more until salmon reaches internal temperature of 145 degrees.
