Purchase DOLE Sheet Pan Starter Kits in the refrigerated area of the supermarket's produce section. If the Sheet Pan Starter Kit is not kept under refrigeration, it will affect the product quality. On the front of each package, the Sheet Pan Starter Kit is stamped with an "ENJOY BY" date that should give you at least a few days to store after purchased. The Sheet Pan Starter Kit is packaged in a see-through bag. When purchasing the Sheet Pan Starter Kit, check the date stamped on the package and look at the product to make sure it appears fresh.
How do you prepare the French Onion Sheet Pan kit?

- Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat.
- Cut potatoes from 1 DOLE® Sheet Pan Meal Starter Kit into quarters; toss vegetables, ½ the seasoning and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large bowl.
- Divide vegetables onto center of 4 (12-inch-square) sheets of foil.
- For each pack, bring 2 edges of foil up over vegetables and fold to seal; fold sides of foil to seal. Place packs, seal side up, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Brush 1 pound, thin cut, boneless skinless chicken breast with 2 tablespoons olive oil; sprinkle with remaining seasoning.
- Place chicken on hot grill rack; cover and cook 8 -10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°, turning once.
- Serve chicken with vegetables, makes about 31/2 cups vegetables.

- Preheat oven to 450 F. Line sheet pan with aluminum foil.
- In large bowl season veggies with ½ seasoning packet and spray with olive oil.
- Turn oven down to 425 and bake veggies for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine 1 pound (98% lean) ground turkey and remaining seasoning packet. Form into 4 equal size patties.
- Once veggies cook for 15 minutes, place turkey loaves on sheet pan with vegetables. Spray with olive oil and cook for additional 20 minutes or until turkey reaches internal temperature of 165 F.
