Directions

  1. Pour 150 ml unsweetened almond milk into a smoothie maker.
  2. Chop the pear and banana into small pieces and add them to the smoothie maker. You can leave the skin on the pear, most of the vitamins are actually located just under the skin; the skin is also particularly rich in fibre.
  3. Add two tablespoons of almond butter and mix it all together.

Tips & Tricks

A few ice cubes will add the extra coolness factor to the banana and pear smoothie.
