Energy bars are the perfect solution, as they provide the body with a rapid boost of energy and banish hunger pangs without making you feel sluggish. In our snack recipe today, we show you how you can prepare your own fruity blueberry chia energy bar.

  1. Combine the almonds, chia seeds, honey and water well.
  2. Mix in the blueberries.
  3. Form the mixture into bars and place them on a small board.
  4. Decorate with chia seeds and desiccated coconut and place in the fridge for two hours.
