Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Place asparagus on large baking sheet with sides. Drizzle with olive oil; roll in oil to coat asparagus. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp tender.
  3. Arrange asparagus on serving plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
