Resolutions for a Cause
Dole partners with No Kid Hungry
This New Year’s Eve let’s think of 2022 resolutions as a re-do. The past year has certainly taken its toll on the mental and physical health of both young and old. We’ve had to reevaluate classrooms and workspaces, schedules and routines, even cooking habits. In many cases, it feels like everything has changed. One thing that may go unnoticed is that despite homeschooling and lockdowns keeping families together under one roof, more children than ever are facing food insecurity. In the aftermath of COVID 19, 1 in 6 children (about 12 million) may be living with hunger.
In an effort to place a focus on health and wellness and help end childhood hunger, Dole is proud to be working with No Kid Hungry to make sure every child in America gets the healthy food they need to thrive. And this year, you can become involved by setting a health resolution that will benefit you and children in need.
As the Presenting Sponsor of Get Fit for No Kid Hungry, Dole is thrilled to unite top health, fitness and wellness influencers and their communities in a month-long fundraising challenge that takes New Year’s resolutions beyond our individual health journeys. The free live streams will include something for everyone from wellness to workout sessions focused on overall health. Learn more by following us on Facebook and Instagram.
