Try this amazingly seasoned Thai Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chunked DOLE® Honeydew Melon
  • 3 cups chunked watermelon
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh DOLE Cilantro or parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 firm, small DOLE Bananas, peeled
  • Dry roasted peanuts (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine honeydew and watermelon in a shallow casserole dish.
  2. Stir together lime juice, brown sugar, cilantro, lime peel and salt. Pour over fruit. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
  3. Slice bananas; toss with fruit mixture. Serve fruit topped with peanuts, if desired.
