Ingredients

  • 2 DOLE® Avocados, pitted and peeled 
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice 
  • 4 slices whole wheat bread 
  • 2 cups DOLE Green Leaf Lettuce 
  • 2 cups leftover skinless roast turkey, sliced 
  • 1/2 cup DOLE Pineapple, diced 
  • 1/4 cup cranberry relish 
  • 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar 
  • 1 teaspoon shaved Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Combine avocado and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Mash avocado with a fork.
  2. Toast bread. Spread mashed avocado evenly on bread slices.
  3. Top toast with lettuce, turkey, pineapple and cranberry relish.
  4. Sprinkle toast with balsamic vinegar and Parmesan cheese.
