A delicious juice that's perfect for breakfast or anytime you feel like adding a healthy splash of fun into your day

Ingredients

  • 5 medium tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 beet, cut in wedges
  • 5 DOLE® Celery Stalks
  • 4 DOLE Carrots, trimmed with peel
  • 1 medium cucumber, with peel
  • 4 DOLE Green Onions, trimmed
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, stemmed and seeded
  • 1 lemon with peel
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon bottled horseradish sauce
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Press tomatoes through juicer. Continue adding beet, celery, carrots, cucumber, green onions, bell pepper, lemon and garlic to the juicer. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and horseradish. Season with salt to taste.
  2. Serve or keep refrigerated in sealed jar until ready to serve.

Note: Can use blender or food processor in place of juicer; add 1-1/2 cups water before blending vegetables.
