A delicious, refreshing strawberry mandarin and red leaf salad.

Ingredients

  • 8 cups DOLE® Red Leaf Lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces 
  • 8 DOLE Strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced 
  • ½ cup DOLE Mandarin Oranges, drained
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds, toasted 
  • 2 to 3 DOLE Green Onions, thinly sliced 
  • balsamic vinaigrette 
  • ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine lettuce, strawberries, mandarin oranges, almonds and green onions in large bowl.
  2. Pour vinaigrette over salad until coated, as desired. Toss well. Season with pepper, to taste.
