Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh DOLE® Spinach
  • 2 firm DOLE Bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups melon, peeled, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 pound cooked chicken or turkey breast, sliced
  • 1/4 pound bean sprouts
  • 4 DOLE Grape clusters
  • 1 ripe DOLE Banana, peeled
  • 1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • pinch garlic powder

Directions

  1. Line 4 plates with spinach leaves. Arrange two bananas, sliced; melon; orange; chicken and sprouts evenly on spinach. Garnish with grape clusters.
  2. Place remaining ripe banana in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until smooth. Add yogurt, soy sauce, curry and garlic powders. Blend until smooth. Serve with Shanghai Salad.
