Ingredients

  • 8 large DOLE® Strawberries (2 per skewer) 
  • 1/2 angel food cake, cut into 8 chunks (2 pieces per skewer) 
  • 4 wooden skewers 
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup dark chocolate, 70% cocoa, grated

Directions

  1. Thread, 2 strawberries and 2 pieces of angel food cake on each skewer, alternating.
  2. Pour milk into glass bowl and microwave on medium until small bubbles appear.
  3. Add the grated chocolate to the bowl of warm milk and whisk until all the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  4. Pour warm chocolate sauce over the kabobs and enjoy.
