Romaine Mandarin Oranges and Avocado Salad

Ingredients

• 4 tsp red wine vinegar 
• 2 tsp Dijon-style mustard 
• 2 tsp honey 
• ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil 
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 
• 1 pkg. (9 oz.) DOLE® Classic Romaine Salad 
• ½ avocado, peeled, pitted, cut into bite-size chunks 
• 1 can (11 oz.) DOLE Mandarin Oranges, drained 
• 2 DOLE Radishes, sliced 

Directions

1. MIX vinegar, mustard and honey in small bowl. Whisk in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. COMBINE salad, avocado, mandarin oranges and radishes in large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat.
