Ingredients

  • 8 cups DOLE® Hearts of Romaine
  • 1 small fennel bulb
  • 1 medium DOLE Green Apple
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup oil and vinegar dressing
  • 1 tablespoon course-grain mustard
  • Parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine romaine, fennel, apple and cheese in large bowl.
  2. Whisk together dressing and mustard in small bowl.
  3. Toss with romaine mixture. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  4. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
