A twist on the side salad

Ingredients

  • 8 cups DOLE® Red Leaf Romaine Hearts torn into bite-size pieces 
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips (1 cup) 
  • 8 DOLE Strawberries, quartered 
  • 8 grape tomatoes, cut in half 
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced DOLE Red Onion 
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste 
  • Bottled light balsamic vinaigrette 

Directions

  1. Combine romaine, bell pepper, strawberries, tomatoes, red onion, salt and pepper, to taste in large bowl.  Toss with vinaigrette, to coat as desired.
