Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons DOLE® Red Onion, finely diced 
  • 1/4 cup DOLE Green Onions, chopped 
  • 1/3 cup less sodium soy sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon honey 
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil 
  • 1 teaspoon pickled ginger, minced 
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds 
  • 12 oz. sushi-grade salmon, cut into ½-inch cubes 
  • 2 cups fresh DOLE Tropical Gold® Pineapple, peeled and chopped 
  • 1 pkg. (13.1 oz.) DOLE Chopped Pomegranate Salad Kit

Directions

  1. Combine red onion, green onions, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, pickled ginger and sesame seeds, salmon and pineapple in medium bowl. Toss gently to coat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Empty contents of the salad kit in a large bowl. Add dressing from packet and toss gently to coat. Using a slotted spoon, remove salmon and pineapple from marinade and add to prepared salad. Discard leftover marinade. Serve immediately.

NOTE: Ahi tuna may be substituted for salmon.
