Ingredients

  • 4 cups DOLE® Pineapple, peeled and cut into 1/2” cubes 
  • 2 cups mango, peeled and diced 
  • 2 DOLE Bananas, peeled and sliced 
  • 1 cup orange, peeled and cut into rounds 
  • 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar 
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 
  • 1 tablespoon dried cranberries 
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped 
  • 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut, toasted

Directions

  1. Combine pineapple, mango, bananas, orange, brown sugar, lime juice, cranberries, and mint in a large bowl, tossing gently to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and chill 1 hour.
  2. Sprinkle fruit with coconut before serving.
