Ingredients

2 ripe DOLE® Bananas, peeled, cut crosswise into thirds and frozen
1 medium raw beet, peeled and coarsely chopped
1¼ cups fresh orange juice
1 cup hulled and halved DOLE® Strawberries, frozen
½ cup chopped DOLE® Pineapple, frozen
½ cup DOLE® Spinach, trimmed
1 DOLE® Lemon, juiced (about ¼ cup)


Directions

  1. Purée all ingredients in a blender on high until smooth. Makes about 4½ cups.

    Peel and freeze ripe bananas to have on hand for using in this recipe as well as smoothies.
