Ingredients

  • ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil 
  • ¼ cup tangerine or orange juice 
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar 
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice 
  • 1 tablespoon minced chives 
  • 1 teaspoon sugar 
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger 
  • ½ grated tangerine or orange peel 
  • ¼ teaspoon grated lime peel

Directions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients until blended.
  2. Toss with DOLE Spring Mix until coated, as desired.

  3. Refrigerate any remaining dressing.
