Ingredients

  • 1 bunch DOLE® Celery Hearts, rinsed, trimmed and chopped (2 cups) 
  • 1 bunch DOLE Romaine Hearts, rinsed, trimmed and chopped ( 2 cups) 
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) hearts of palm, drained and chopped 
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped (optional) 
  • Cucumber slices (as desired) 
  • 2 to 3 DOLE Green Onions, chopped 
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste 
  • Bottled light Italian dressing

Directions

  1. Stir together celery hearts, romaine, hearts of palm, cucumber, avocado and green onions in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  2. Toss with Italian dressing, to taste.
