Ingredients

  • 1¾ cups chopped mango, divided
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon grated orange peel
  • ½ teaspoon sweet chili paste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine 1/2 of the mango and remaining ingredients except cilantro in blender container. Cover; blend until smooth.
  2. Stir in cilantro and remaining mango chunks. Season to taste.
  3. Toss with DOLEĀ® Italian Blend to coat, as desired.
  4. Refrigerate any remaining dressing.
