A delicious frozen treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar (24.5 oz.) DOLE® Tropical Fruit
  • 1 cup mango or papaya nectar
  • 1/2 cup lite coconut milk
  • 1 small ripe DOLE Banana, peeled, sliced
  • 3 oz. nonfat cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 10 (3 oz.) plastic cups

Directions

  1. Measure 2 cups drained tropical fruit.

  2. Combine tropical fruit, nectar, coconut milk, banana, cream cheese and honey in blender or food processor container.  Cover; blend until smooth.  Pour mixture equally into 10 plastic cups.  Place on tray and freeze about 1 hour or until partially set. 

  3. Insert 1 wooden stick into center of each cup; freeze 2 hours longer or until firm.
