Classic Caesar salad with an island twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg.(10 oz.) DOLE® Caesar salad kit
  • 2 cups fresh DOLE Tropical Gold® Pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup fresh DOLE Mango, peeled, sliced
  • 9 oz. peeled and cooked shrimp
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 DOLE Banana, sliced

Directions

  1. Toss lettuce mixture and croutons from salad bag with pineapple chunks and mango, in large bowl.
  2. Arrange peeled and cooked shrimp on salad with bananas.

  3. Stir lime juice and dressing from packet until blended, in small bowl. Drizzle over shrimp and salad.
