Ingredients

  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 DOLE® Green Onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup DOLE® Carrots, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup DOLE® Celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups DOLE® Colorful Coleslaw
  • 1/4 cup refrigerated chunky blue cheese yogurt dressing
  • 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
  • 4 medium leaves DOLE® Butter Lettuce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper; spray with nonstick cooking spray. Gently mix chicken, onions, carrots, celery, cayenne pepper sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper in a medium bowl; form into 4 (4-inch) patties and place on prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F, turning once.
  2. Toss coleslaw and dressing in a medium bowl. Serve burgers in buns topped with coleslaw mixture and lettuce.
