  • 1 can (5 oz.) albacore tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
  • to taste Italian dressing
  • to taste Salt and ground pepper
  • 12 slices thick slices rustic bread, lightly grilled/toasted

Directions

  1. Combine arugula, beans, tuna and red onion in large bowl.
  2. Toss with Italian dressing, to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange grilled bread on serving platter.
  4. Top each with salad mixture.
