Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) DOLEĀ® Butter Bliss Salad or other DOLE salad variety
  • 1 DOLE Red Apple, Diced
  • 1 DOLE Green Apple or Pear, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 1/4 cup olive or walnut oil
  • 4 teaspoons balsamic or red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallot
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. TOSS salad, apples, blue cheese and walnuts in bowl.
  2. STIR together oil, vinegar, shallot and mustard until blended in bowl.
  3. POUR dressing over salad; toss to coat.
