Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 cups apple cider 
  • 1 cup farro, uncooked 
  • 1 DOLE® Chopped Pomegranate Salad Kit

Directions

  1. Combine cider and farro into a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes. Drain farro and allow to cool.
  2. Empty the contents of the salad kit into a large bowl, add the farro and gently toss together to coat with the dressing.
