Ingredients

  • ¼ cup white balsamic vinegar 
  • ¼ cup apple juice 
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg 
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard 
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste 
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except oil in blender container. Cover; blend at medium speed. Slowly add oil in thin stream, until blended. Season to taste.
  2. Toss with DOLEĀ® Classic Romaine to coat, as desired. Refrigerate any remaining dressing.
  3. Makes about 3/4 cup.
